Hacienda Doña Toña has an area of 170 hectares.

It is a dairy farm with:

• Capacity for 20 (twenty) cows; 10 (ten) in milking and 10 (ten) on standby
• 2 (two) cold tanks with 700 and 600 gallon capacity
• Waiting galley with capacity for 225 cows

• Feed storage room
• Machine room
• Residence with 3 (three) bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room.
• 200 Am emergency power plant
• Main street electrical wiring to the dairy, houses and wells.
• House for 2 (two) milkers with kitchen, toilet and bathroom
• House for employees; 6 (six) rooms, 2 (two) bathrooms and 2 (two) toilets.
• Calf house with a capacity of 35 calves for 3 (three) months.
• 2 (two) storerooms
• Bale storage shed
• Storage shed for maize and sorghum
• Corral with shipping chute
• Horse stable for 4 (four) horses
• Reforestation of 4000 (four thousand) trees to protect the streams
